Do you remove sofas from upstairs?
Yes, we collect sofas from upstairs rooms and flats. Tell us which floor the sofa is on, whether there’s a lift and about any narrow stairs or tight turns when you get your quote.
Do I need to be there?
It’s best if you can be there. If you can’t, tell us how the team will access the sofa when you enquire.
Do I need to take my sofa apart first?
Our indoor service includes removing feet or detachable backs and separating corner or modular sofas into their usual sections. You don’t need to do that yourself. If you’re unsure about the way out, tell us when you enquire.

A reclining mechanism, pull-out bed or separate corner sections can help you choose the right type. If you’re unsure, send us a photo on WhatsApp.
Can you collect a damaged sofa or one without fire labels?
Yes. We collect damaged sofas and sofas without fire safety labels.
Can you collect other furniture as well?
For sofas and armchairs, use the sofa quote. For a wider collection that includes tables, wardrobes or other furniture, use our furniture removal service.
