"Very reliable company. Gave a reasonable price for clearing my Aunts flat and did the work with proficiency and speed. I would definitely use them again."
Choose how to get a quote
Start with the information you already have. We only need the property postcode at this stage—not the full address.
Clear photos are usually the quickest way for us to understand the volume and access, so we can prepare an accurate quote with fewer follow-up questions.
You may be moving, managing a handover, sorting a family property or dealing with more than you can tackle alone. Your quote can cover what needs to go, what must stay and any instructions that matter.
Clear the whole property or just the rooms and items needed before the next step.
Clear left-behind contents, agree access and prepare the property for cleaning or work.
Identify keepsakes, documents and family instructions before the clearance is agreed.
Work through larger volumes with clear instructions about what needs to go and what must stay.
Pricing clarity
Every clearance is different. Showing us the contents, access and anything needing separate handling helps us understand the work involved before anything is booked.
The number and size of the items, and the van space they are likely to use.
Parking, stairs, lifts and the route from the property to the vehicle.
The lifting, loading and sorting needed for the items shown.
Items that may need a different collection or disposal route.

Why choose WeMovers
Tell us what needs to go, what should stay and any access details that matter. We text you live tracking on the day, and you can check the cleared areas before we leave.
We confirm what goes, what stays, access details and any instructions that matter before work starts.
On the day, we text you a link so you can follow the van and see when the team is approaching.
Before we leave, you can look around the cleared areas and check that everything agreed has gone.
Show us the job, agree the details and choose a day. We handle the lifting, sorting and removal from there.
Send photos, write a list or request a site visit. We use the real contents, access and disposal needs to quote properly.
We agree the scope, date, access details and anything that must be kept aside before the team arrives.
Our team loads everything, separates reusable and recyclable items, sweeps up and leaves the property ready for its next step.
Keep, Reuse, Recycle, Dispose
Before anything is removed, we agree what stays. Everything else is separated for reuse, recycling or the appropriate waste route, depending on its condition.
We follow your brief and set aside everything that needs to stay.
Usable items are separated for suitable reuse routes where available.
Suitable materials are sorted for the appropriate recycling route.
Remaining waste goes through the correct licensed disposal route.

Whether it is one room, a flat or a whole house, tell us what needs clearing and we will confirm the scope and quote before work starts.
Restricted or unusual items? Tell us about chemicals, gas bottles, paint, clinical waste, asbestos or anything you are unsure about before we quote, so we can confirm whether we can collect it and what arrangement is required.

House clearance costs depend on the volume, access, labour time and disposal routes required. A small partial clearance may cost much less than a full property, while larger clearances need a tailored quote. Send photos, a list or request a visit and we will confirm a clear price before any work starts.
The time needed depends on the amount being cleared, parking, stairs, access and how much sorting is involved. We will give you an expected timeframe with the quote once we understand the job.
We offer both full and partial house clearances. You can ask us to clear a single room, a garage, a loft, bulky furniture, bagged waste, white goods or the whole property. Tell us what is staying and what needs to go and we will work to that brief.

We prioritise reuse and recycling before disposal. Usable household items are separated for suitable reuse routes where possible, recyclable materials are sorted for appropriate facilities, and items that cannot be reused or recycled go through the appropriate waste route.
It helps if you can be there at the start to confirm what should stay and what should go. If that is not possible, we can often work from clear instructions, photos and arranged access. Many customers return for a final check once the clearance is complete.
Yes. We can work from clear instructions about what should stay and what should be removed, with access arranged in advance if you cannot be there. See our Probate Property Clearance service for the dedicated route and more details.
We sweep up and remove loose debris created by the clearance so the property is left tidy. We do not provide a deep cleaning service, but we can leave the space ready for cleaning, sale, rental, renovation or handover.
WeMovers is registered with the Environment Agency as a waste carrier. Ask us for the current registration and insurance details if you need them for your records.
